Blog Learning Curve

We are still figuring out how to post pictures. So you will see our pictures in the post below and we will explain them in this one. Many of them are just pretty pictures of the New Zealand landscape and/or us.

The top three are headshots of us just off the beach (can you believe it?) on our day off at Te Arai Natural Preserve, the closest beach to Antara. All the beach pictures in this post are from that beach, including a rocky outcrop reminiscent of Maine (awww...). The waves at this beach were HUGE by our standards and took some getting used to, but were immensely fun once we adjusted.

The third set of three are of us at the hostel in Auckland, dealing with jetlag. Excuse us.

The picture of Colin in a tree is at a park in Auckland. It had roots so big and hollow you could crawl through them and the middle made a lovely hideaway filled with old beer cans. It looked like one tree had grown into many trees and was trying to complete the seperation.

The dark picture with a lit window and glowing orb in the top left is actually taken at nighttime on the full moon. It was so bright we could see individual blades of grass 20 ft. away. (WHAT?!)

The last picture is of Colin and Nick loving Auckland.

Hope that helps!
